All Jonas Jodie products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that a Jonas Jodie product does not match up these exacting standards, we will try our hardest to put matters right.
You can return an unused product to us within 30 days, with proof of purchase, or to the store you purchased it from – we will promptly repair it, or we will replace it if it cannot be repaired.
Of course, some problems are literally not of our making. If damage is due to normal wear or tear or simply an accident, our repairs department will be pleased to provide a reasonable quote for repair where possible.
Our care and repair policy is simple: we just want you to be delighted with your Jonas Jodie product and the service that you receive.
